What day of the week will I get the best price for airfare?
I am planning to schedule a flight from Columbus, Ohio to Orlando, FL on the weekend of Presidents' Day in February. I will return on Monday, but need to schedule a departure date for either Thursday or Friday.

If your flight is on a weekday not a holiday it will be cheaper. Off hours, as in before 6 am and after 8pm, will be cheaper too.

The most expensive days for flight departures are typically Friday and Sunday. When you are looking for airfare, airlines tend to offer additional sales if you book on a Tuesday - Thursday. (This is referring to the day of the week you purchase the flight, not the day you are flying.)
