Europe 2. North America 3. Japan....... how come rest of the world lagged and missed the 1. science-age 2. industrial-age 3. internet/web. did Not invent the Internet / web / cell phone what happened?

Answer: Because Europe went through a golden period of advancement where they began to apply the scientific method to everything. During the period, the middle east were going back to their survival roots based in Islam, instead of following suit. Both were seeking a Golden Age, except Europe found it. When Europeans emigrated to North America, they brought the scientific method with them. Furthermore, Japan began to modernize during the Meiji restoration and also began applying scientific method to their research. "how come rest of the world lagged and missed the 1. science-age 2. industrial-age 3. internet/web. did Not invent the Internet / web / cell phone" Please read above, then understand that Western society was already far ahead in scientific advancements, leaving the rest of the world behind.
